🧾 Confirmation & ID Cards
Receive confirmations, access your cards, and verify your details.
Once your enrollment is complete in Rippling, your data is electronically sent to each of our carriers (Regence, Delta Dental, VSP, and Unum) and enrollment occurs within three weeks.
- Regence will mail you a physical ID card within three weeks; you can also obtain a digital one through your Regence account. You will need your insurance identification number to create your account online.
- Delta Dental only provides digital cards, which you can access online through their portal. You do NOT need your insurance identification number prior to creating an account; instead, you can use your personal information.
- Use the last four of your SSN to use your VSP benefits and to create an account on their website to access benefit details.
- Always double-check dependents and coverage tiers in Rippling for accuracy.

🔍 Review & Revisit
Check your paystubs, confirm deductions, and make sure your elections are processed correctly.
After your first payroll post-enrollment, review your paystub to confirm that your benefit deductions match your elections. If anything looks off, contact the Benefit Resource Center (BRC) first — they can help resolve carrier or system errors quickly.
