New Hire Access:
You will access Rippling using the personal email and login you created when signing your offer letter.

Day One and Beyond:
Starting on your first day of work, you will access Rippling through Okta, our single sign-on (SSO) provider.

After Employment Ends:
Your Rippling login will revert to your personal email address.

Eligibility

Know who’s covered, when benefits start, and how your family fits in.

You’re eligible for benefits if you work 20 or more hours per week. Coverage generally begins on your start date, with one exception: Delta Dental coverage begins on the 1st of the month following your start date.

Eligible dependents include your spouse or domestic partner and children up to age 26 (or over 26 if disabled, per carrier rules). We do not require dependent verification at enrollment, though documentation may be requested if needed.
