Effective Plan Dates: Jan 1, 2026 — Dec 31, 2026

🌅 Rest, recharge your energy, and reconnect with what matters most.

Time away isn’t just a break from work — it’s a vital part of sustaining your wellbeing, your energy, and your ability to show up as your best self. Whether you’re planning a long-awaited vacation, taking a sick day to recover, celebrating holidays with loved ones, or navigating one of life’s major moments, Tenpoint’s time-off and leave programs are designed with care, flexibility, and real-life needs in mind.

All time off is requested and tracked in Rippling. All leaves of absence are managed through Tilt, which can be accessed via Rippling.

Here’s what you can count on:

  • Vacation — 20 days of paid time each year (with rollover up to the accrual cap), giving you the freedom to unwind, explore, and return renewed.
  • Sick Leave — Paid time to care for your physical and mental health, support family members, or handle medical appointments — with generous rollover and flexibility.
  • Holidays — 12 paid holidays each year, plus seasonal Tenpoint traditions that bring us together in joy and gratitude.
  • Leaves of Absence — Comprehensive paid and unpaid leave options for health needs, family care, welcoming a new child, military service, civic obligations, and more — all supported through Tilt with personalized, human-centered guidance.

No matter what life brings, you’ll have the time, space, and support to step away with confidence — and return when you’re ready, fully backed by a company that values your wellbeing as much as your work.

Vacation

🏖️ Take time, breathe deeply, and return renewed.

Time away from work isn’t a luxury — it’s a necessity. Whether it’s family time, a long-awaited trip, or simply a chance to unplug, we want you to take the time that helps you return renewed and ready for what’s next.

Highlights

  • Full-time employees accrue 160 hours (20 days) of vacation per year, at a rate of 13.33 hours per month.
  • Part-time employees working 20+ hours per week accrue vacation on a prorated basis.
  • You may roll over unused vacation year to year, up to the accrual cap of 240 hours (pro-rated for part-time). Once at the cap, accrual pauses until the balance drops below — there’s no “use it or lose it.”
  • Vacation continues to accrue during paid time but pauses during unpaid leaves.
  • Accrued but unused vacation is paid out upon termination.

Using Your Vacation

  • Schedule time off with your manager in advance to ensure coverage and flexibility.
  • Department Head approval is required for vacations longer than two weeks.
  • If you know you have pre-booked travel or events near your start date, Tenpoint will work with you — life doesn’t always align neatly with job transitions, and we want you to enjoy your plans without stress.

Tip: Don’t save your days for “someday.” Take the trip, plan the long weekend, or just stay home and breathe — you’ve earned it.

Sick Leave

🤒 Focus on health, heal fully, and come back stronger.

When you’re not feeling your best, you deserve space to recover — without the stress of worrying about work. Our paid sick leave ensures you have the time and support to care for yourself or your loved ones when it matters most.

Highlights

  • Accrue 8 hours per month (up to 96 hours / 12 days per year).
  • Sick leave begins accruing immediately and may be used as soon as it’s earned.
  • You may roll over unused sick leave year to year, up to 160 hours (20 days) — there’s no “use it or lose it.”

How to Use

  • Take it when you need it — for your own illness, injury, or medical appointments (including dental and vision).
  • You can also use it to care for a family member or for reasons covered by law (like domestic violence leave).
  • If you run out, you can use vacation or unpaid time.
  • Provide advance notice if possible, or let your manager know as soon as you can if it’s unexpected.
  • We may ask for a doctor’s note, consistent with law.
  • Sick leave can overlap with FMLA or other leaves.

💡 Tip: Use your sick days early when you need them — a quick recovery day now is better than a full week later.

Holidays

🎉 Gather together, share joy, and celebrate.

At Tenpoint, we believe life is richer when we take time to pause, gather, and celebrate. Holidays aren’t just days off — they’re opportunities to reconnect with what matters most: family, friends, and community.

We observe 12 paid holidays each year, ensuring you can celebrate, rest, and reflect.

  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Thanksgiving Day and the Day After Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day and Boxing Day (the day after Christmas)

🎊 And because we love celebrating together…

Many of our teams also mark special moments in the workplace, including our famously festive Halloween and Winter holiday traditions. These gatherings bring our people together in joy and gratitude — reminding us that our success is built not just on hard work, but on shared celebration.

  • Paid and unpaid leaves available depending on eligibility and circumstance.

💻 How It Works with Tilt

Tilt, our leave management system and service, supports you through the entire process when you need time away for FMLA, state-specific, or company leaves.

To start a leave: Log into Rippling → Tilt → New Leave

You can always make changes to your leave; our advice: enter details as soon as you have them and revise when or if needed.

Tilt syncs directly with Rippling payroll to keep your pay and time records accurate. Each employee is paired with a Leave Success Manager who provides individualized, human-centric support — guiding you through eligibility, paperwork, timelines, and what to expect.

Tilt automates compliance with state and federal laws, tracks how much leave you’ve used, and communicates clearly about deadlines and pay. You’ll receive reminders for documentation, updates if your dates or coverage change, and secure access to your leave details.

This combination of technology and personal support ensures your leave is managed smoothly — so you can stay focused on your health and family while we handle the details. 💙

Why It Matters
Because at Tenpoint, life doesn’t stop for work. We’re here to help you navigate whatever comes your way, with compassion, flexibility, and the assurance that you’re supported at every step of the journey. 💙

💡 More details about individual leave types can be found in the Employee Handbook or in Tilt.
